2. Nero Outlet reserves the right to change product information, prices, availability, and offers at any time.
3. Obvious errors or mistakes in product information or pricing do not legally bind Nero Outlet.

4. Placing an Order

1. An agreement is concluded when the customer places an order through the webshop and Nero Outlet confirms the order.
2. After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email where possible.
3. Nero Outlet reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

5. Prices and Payment

1. Product prices are displayed on the webshop at the time the order is placed.
2. Unless stated otherwise, applicable taxes are included in the displayed price.
3. Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
4. An order will generally be processed after successful receipt of payment.

6. Order Processing and Delivery

1. Nero Outlet aims to process orders within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
2. The estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after the order has been processed.
3. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Nero Outlet cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

1. Customers have the right to return their order within 30 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason, subject to applicable consumer law.
2. During the return period, the customer should handle the product and packaging with reasonable care.
3. Where reasonably possible, products should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
4. The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon by Nero Outlet.

8. Refunds

1. Once a returned product has been received and inspected, Nero Outlet will process the applicable refund.
2. Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Where required by applicable law, the refund will include the original standard delivery costs.
4. Additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery option than the cheapest standard delivery option will not be refunded.

9. Complaints and Defective Products

1. If a customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they should contact Nero Outlet as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Customers should provide their order number and, where possible, photographs or other relevant information about the issue.
4. Nero Outlet will review the complaint and work with the customer to find an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

1. Nero Outlet is responsible for direct damage caused by a failure to fulfil its legal obligations, to the extent required by applicable law.

Nero Outlet shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfil its obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, transport disruptions, internet or communication failures, natural disasters, government measures, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
